* Do you make bespoke furniture?
Yes. We can make bespoke furniture from the various available option of wood, furniture color, wooden finish, metal finish, fittings and fabrics. you are free to choose any combination of various materials. * What would be the production time?
5 days to 45 Days depending on the quantity ordered.

* What would be the shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends upon your delivery location, type of products and quantity ordered. We will tell you the shipping cost in
offer sheet.
* How will goods reach safely to me?
Good Packing is very necessary for safety of goods during transportation. We use stiffs on the corners and edges prone to damage in transit. Then wrapped in foam, corrugated sheet, plastic air bubble sheet for added protection. We use 5 ply and 7 ply corrugated box depending upon the nature of goods. We also do the special packing to meet the specific needs of buyer.

* What is your quality control policy?
> Before dispatch, we check the material, color of fabric by making a sample, and ensure that the mass produced fabric matches it.
> We trace different phases of production from the beginning and send important updates to our clients via WhatsApp.
> Every product is quality checked before packing.

> Before delivery, we give our customer the option of sending a QC or appointing a third party to check the quality.* What should be Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
There is no any MOQ. However we sell B2B (business to business) and our major customers are those who buy in bulk. For more details you can mail or WhatsApp us.



* Is ordering a container advantageous?YES, Ordering a container load will save you a bundle of money. Our warehouse serves as a central and strategic export source. From the size of 20, 40, 40H feet’s of containers are available for the order. Shipping to UAE, US, Australia, and many other countries is done. Normally the delivery of the container is done within 30 to 45 days (depending on goods) after the confirmation of the order.



* What is the size of a container?

Size of container is as under:- > One 20 feet container can hold upto 27.9 CBM of goods. > One 40 feet container can hold upto 56.1 CBM of goods. >One 40 feet HC container can hold upto 64.0 CBM of goods.



* What is CBM?
CBM Stands for CuBic Meter i.e. (HxWxD in meter) or (HxWxD in cm / 1000000)
CBM used to measure the volume (area cover by product in containor) of product


* Can the content of my container be chosen by me independently?Yes! You just need to give the list of items you want, we will do our best effort to provide you the same, even if it is not listed in our website but being manufactured in India, simply send the full details of the product.



* Can different product lines be mixed into my single container?Yes! The different product line chosen from our selection of furniture, accessories or reproductions etc can be included in a single container.



* What are the areas of shipment covered by Handicraft Point?Including countries like Australia, US, UK, UAE, Germany, Hong Kong, Netherlands, France, we ship ALL OVER THE WORLD.



* How long will it take to get my container?
Most of the containers are shipped within 6 to 8 weeks after we have received a confirmation order.
