Product Description
Pressure sensitive adhesive is ester monomer production based on the development and production of a kind of self-crosslinking pure acrylic emulsion powered by our company. It have good adhesion force on metal, glass, cardboard, etc. Apply various types of coating machine and drying quickly, suitable for high speed coating and has good compatibility with paint. Duct tape can be used to produce BOPP film tape, paper, etc.

Solid content:55-60%
Viscosity:≥80-200 centipoise
PH:6-8
Pressure sensitive adhesive product physical property indexes
Coating on BOPP film, drying under 110±5 ℃ for 3 minutes.
According to the standard tests:
Early viscous force (ball) is greater than 12hours
Viscous fluid is greater than 24hours
180 degrees peel strength: (N / 25 mm) is greater than 6.86
Pressure sensitive adhesive packing and storage: 50 kg plastic drum.
This product from the date of packaging, is valid for half a year.
