A: 4 sets per model chair, 2 sets per model sofa/ Mix loading 1x20’ Container.

A: Yes. 1 piece sample is accepted. We charge double price but will return the excess amount in the coming order.

A: This depends on the order quantity.
For sample or smaller quantity order, 15 days for standard items
For 1x20GP/40HQ container, it takes 30 days to finish.
For customized items, 30 to 45 days after confirming all details of the order.

A: Payment by TT or LC are welcomed.
For TT, it is 30% deposit in advance, balance payment before loading.
For LC, it is LC at sight.

A: Yes.
3 years warranty for upholstery materials& foams.
5 years for under-structure.

A: Standard export packing which is safe for FCL shipment.
Normally it is 3 layers, packing material including bubble bag, corrugated board, woven bag and carton box.
If client require airlift/LCL shipment, wooden box/corrugated angle carton/wooden frame cost will be added.
Customer’s special packing advice can also be considered.

A: Yes. We do provide OEM service. Customer’s designs are also welcomed.

We have our standard fabric, pu, leather swatches for clients to choose. If customer has own choices, please send the sample to us for physical confirmation before placing the order. Please contact our sales for more information.

We have in house Quality control staff to check every pieces of finished product before packing.
Customers are welcomed to visit our manufacturing facilities before order.
Customer can also send their own QC staff to check the goods before loading.
Since we got small storage area, goods are only available for random checking after it is packed.
OEM are always welcomed. Customers are requested to provide as much information(product photo, size, drawing, upholstery material, etc.,) as you could before we produce the sample. It normally takes 30 to 45 days to make a sample. However, please feel free to contact our sales for better terms.
If you find any missing parts or damaged products, please take a photo and contact our sales team immediately. We will send replacing ones in the next container. For small parts & accessories, we will send by fast Courier on our cost.
