Ceramic shuttle kiln
Shuttle furnace is an ideal equipment for producing high temperature sintered products. It is usually used for sintering of pigments, pottery, annealing and some silicate products.
Advantages of ceramic small kiln:
The furnace has the advantages of small volume, small occupied area, energy saving and good heat preservation performance.
Various designs:
The small furnace has a fixed hearth, and the large furnace is produced by the kiln car through the railway line.
Low temperature shuttle furnace is usually equipped with Venturi burner without power and blower.
However, the internal circulation blower auxiliary burner is usually used in high temperature shuttle furnace.
Two kinds of heat exchangers can be designed, and the other is not used.
