1.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer with over 15 years export experience for designing and producing vehicle machinery parts.
2.Can you make castings according to our drawing?
Yes ,we can make casting according to your drawing,2D drawing,or 3D cad model. If the 3D cad model can be supplied,the development of the tooling can be more efficient. But without 3D,based on 2D drawing we can still make the samples properly approved.
3.What is necessary doucuments for the cost Estimation?
2D drawings(DWG, DXF,PDF), 3D drawings(IGS,STEP,X_T),order quantity, surface treatment, delivery time, etc.
4.What is your payment terms?
T/T, PayPal, Western Union, L/C are all accepted30% Deposite for the mould and products, 70% before delivery after you received details on the inspection report or test the sample directly.
5.What is your production Capacity?
Generally for die casting parts, the monthly capacity would be approx 50000pcs,mould 10set,lathe part it will be approx 10,000pcs.for aluminum extrusion part it will be approx 100,000 pcs, lathe part it will beapprox 500,000 pcs.
6.How to Guarantee?
