FAQQ1:Can I make a sample?
Regarding to our “HAUTTON” products, which are available, we only charge bulkproduction cost, and we don't bear the postage.
Sample making as customer's requirement, sample cost is about $30-$100,it is up to the styles. Customer can choose our styles or their own styles.
Sample charge is refundable after the order confirmed with MOQ 1000 pcs. Or sample could be provided with charge if without confirmed order.
Q2:Can I change the color or put my logo on the products?
Of course, OEM is welcome.
You can change the color and material as you want.
We can produce your brand, your design, your color and so on.
Q3:How about the MOQ?
For Hautton on-stock products: As a famous brand of genuine leather products supplier, we have some products on stock, no MOQ for them.
For OEM products, generally, our MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For some specious material, the MOQ be adjust upon actual.
Q4:How about the payment term?
30% deposit in advance, 70%balance before shipment.
We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal.
import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility.
Q5:How long will the products be finished?
Sample delivery time is 3-7 days for wallets & belts. 7-15 days for leather bags.
Normally, 15-35 days for the bulk production, which up to the quantity.
Q6:How to know your bulk production quality control ?
once order /confirm/ied, we will send confirmed samples according to your requirements for your checking before bulk production. Professional QC will check the material, last, outsole, craft and every issues compared to the samples, to make sure the production goes correctly.
we will send shipping samples with correct packing for you checking again before shipment.
Of course, welcome your QC or the third agent come to inspect goods.
Q7:How about the packing?
Tissue paper and transparent bag per piece, paper box or wooden box out packing.
Packing with clients OEM requirements.
Q8:What are the shipping ways?
We only provide factory price, so we don't bear the shipping fees usually.
We can contact the shipping company or your shipping agent.
The normal shipping way: by sea, by air, by express DHL, FEDEX, UPS,TNT.
