We are the professional manufacture and trader Which specializes in many kinds of dining chairs,dining tables,Coffee tables,Bar tables and Bar Stools for indoor and outdoor and so on.Our factory is located in Shengfang town, Bazhou city, Hebei province,China.It just takes one hour to our factory from Tianjin airport. Our export department is located in Shijiazhuang city,very close to Beijing.
Our factory covers an area of 3500 square meters with 125 employees.We have established business relationship with different countries ,Including: Spain,UK,Germany,Portugal,France,USA and some customers from South American,Middle east,and Africa.

A).Warranty Time 
 24 months. We promise change new chair for customer within 24 months if due to our chair quality problem cause chair can’t be used,or refund customer money directly or send new ones in the next order.

 We will research and develop 3-5 pieces new model chairs and send to our customer’s email with quotation every month regularly,some are cheaper models,and some are never appeared in the market  
 
 C).Customer's complaints 
 For all complaints come from our customer, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours. It would be easier and quicker for us to handle issue if you can provide us with photos of products with quality problem.       
 
D).Sample order
 We welcome sample order or trial order before mass order,this can help customer know more information about our chair quality.Generally, our sample charges 2 times of the normal price, and we will refund normal chair cost after the order /confirm/ied.
 
E).Personal customize
 We welcome customer provide us own design idea or clear picture,we can discuss about it and do our best to do same like yours,colorful carton or embroider logo on the chair,also workable for us.FAQ
1.Are you a manufacture or trading company?
We are a industry and trading integration company. Our main products: plastic chairs,tulip chairs, dining chairs,Fabric chairs,PU chairs,Bar Stool,dining table ,garden table ,coffee table and so on ....
 
2.Where is your factory located,how can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Shengfang town, Bazhou city ,Hebei province,China.Just take one hour to our factory from Tianjin airport. All of our clients, from domestic and aboard, Warmly welcome to visit us.
 
3.Do you need sample fee?
For sample ,we will charge 2 times price, and the freight will be paid by customers. But don’t worry, the sample fee will be returned back when customers place orders.
 
4.What is your lead time or delivery time?
The delivery time will be 25-30days for 40HQ,15-20days for 20GP after receipt of the deposit and confirming all the detailed information.
 
5.What is your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit in advance,70% balance before container loading.
L/C at sight,Paypal,Wester Union and son on .
 
6.How about the quality warranty? If receiving damaged goods, how can we do ?
We have strict control of quality from material to shipment, Use top grade CTN as our standard packing, surface will be wrapped by PE form or bubble wrap, if you find our products damaged in the container when receiving the goods ,please take photos or video to show to us,we will find good solution ASAP.  free ones or compensation will be offered in next order.
