Q: What is your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit in advance,70% balance before container loading, Western Union, L/C at sight, Trade Assurance.
Q: How about the quality warranty? If receiving damaged goods, how can we do?
We have strict control for the quality from material to shipment. Use top grade CTN as our standard packing, surface will be wrapped by PE film or bubble wrap. If the products damaged in container while receiving the goods, please take photos or videos to us, we will find good solution ASAP free ones or compensation will be offered in next order.
