Friction clutch installed on transmission roller which avoid machine damaged by mis-operation.

Four rollers for feeding, upper two rollers wrapped with rubbers which can keep the flute in good shape, not destroyed ,diameter is 150mm. Lower rollers is embossing roller with diameter155mm,dynamic balance technical is adopted .
Left/right baffle and back baffle is motor adjusted,
Front baffle is adjusted by manual.
Skipping feeding is available.

Ink roller lifting automatically coordinate with feeding system. Installed wedge clutch which is good for ink distributing and washing.
Rubber roller made in JiZhou which is durable.
Ink roller adopt HaiLi brand ,ink distributing is better.

Die cutter roller diameter is 360mm,anvil roller diameter is 388.9mm.
Anvil roller and die cut roller both adopt dynamic balance technical, its gaps adjusted by motor.
Anvil made in Taiwan ,MaxDura brand,it is easy to change ,longer service life
There is grind roller above the anvil roller which can grinding the wear anvil cover
Anvil roller can move 40mm when machine is working automatically which avoid same position wear.
Die plate thickness:13mm for 5 layer and 16mm for 3 layer corrugated sheet
Stacker unit
Stacker unit, it is used for collecting the corrugated sheet in pile automatically and record the number.

We will send professional installer to install the machine and teach the operator how to operate and maintain the machine in customer factory ,it is free within 7 days. Buyer only need to offer return tickets and visa expenses .
6.Do you have local service ?
Yes, we have. If customer come across the problem with the machine ,he can contact our local staff first.
Seller will go to check the machine situation once-twice in one year.
7 .what we should do if we need spare parts for replacement ?
We will delivery some frequent spare parts along with order for emergency replacement.
We have comprehensive inventory of spare parts in our factory to ensure quick availability for the infrequent replacement of parts required, we will delivery the spare parts by DHL when we get the spare parts information from customer side within 24 hours .
