The feeding direction of bin is same as the length direction of main axis in pellet unit.The pellet unit consists of main axis,support sleeve,ring die,material blocker and rollers,which is for extruding and pressing the pellets and between main axis and ring die.
Construction
The feeding of vertical ring die diesel sawdust biomass wood pellet mill is axial, and more smooth;the material blocker works as bypass flow of solid waste, and let the material enter the extruding area easily; the circumference oil-way and axis oil-way are connected by oil separator at the axis end to circle the whole lubrication unit.
