Toilet Paper and Glue Lamination Kitchen Towel Production Line
This production line consists of High Grade Automatic Toilet Paper and Glue Lamination Kitchen Towel Rewinding Machine (two sets glue lamination pattern units), Double Channel Log Saw, and Automatic Single Roll Packing Machine. It converts the jumbo roll into the finished rollers. The whole line work smoothly and run stable, saving the labor cost and reducing the labor strength, it’s best choice for the producing hygienic rollers.
Rewinding machine can automatic feeding the core, embossing, rewinding, end cutting and spray the glue, then unloading the log to Log Saw Machine for cutting.
This Machine id for cutting the log to small rolls, the roll height is adjustable, can set in the system.
This machine is for single roll packing, the two side of finished products is like above picture, very flat. the packing size is adjustable.
We have different embossing designs for clients to choose, if you have your own design also can show us, we can make for you.
1.Automatic core feeding system, automatic log pusher after rewinding, then rewind the new log again.
2. Automatic edge-trimming, core feeding; auto edge trimming, glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time. Leaving 10-18mm tail, easy to rewind again, so reducing shortcut waste and save the cost.
3. Adopts international advanced PLC programmable controlling technique, man-machine interface operation, data set and parametric fault shows on touch screen.
4. Adopts 4 pieces high Precision spiral knives, low noise, clear perforation, adopt gearbox to have bigger range.
5. Three horizontal type back stands, pneumatic loading system, with wide driving flat belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
6.Embossment Unit: adopt point to point embossing rollers, making the two layers match well, the paper is soft and has clear patterns
7. Adopt jogging switches for wearing the paper, easy and safe to operate.

1.Q:Who are we ?
A: We , Quanzhou Hengxin Paper Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd, specialized in manufacturing Toilet paper machine,/Kitehcen towel machine/Facial tissue machine/Hand towel machine, and relevant cutting machine and packing machine, since 1998. We have about two decades experience on manufacture onLY PAPER MACHINERY, WE ARE PROFESSIONAL. My factory is located in Quanzhou city, workshop area is about 4000 m2, with more than 50 professional technicians.
2.Q: What is our payment terms?
A:Our general payment terms is T/T. After confirmed machine details, client need to pay 30% of the total amount by T/T to start the order. After machine finished and tested, and client feel satisfied (client can come and test the machine or we send machine testing videos to them) then pay 70% by T/T before shipping.(For other payment terms, need to be agreed by buyer and seller both parts.)
3.Q:What is our delivery time?
A: Normally, our delivery time is 60 days, Different clients have different requirements, so all the machine only start production after ordered. And most of the machine main spare parts we process ourselves to make sure precision and quantity, If order standard size which have ready spare parts can shorten the delivery time to 45 days if you are lucky.(Asking the sales in advance)
4.Q:What is our warranty?
A:our warranty is one year start from machine arrive the client’s place, the parts can be replaced for free within one year(not including the easy-wear parts like blade), but the after-sales service is all machine lifetime, any problems happen can contact us, we will try our best to help you out of trouble.
