Automatic toilet paper rewinding machine is for toilet paper roll processing. Machine have core feeding unit, can do both with and without core. Raw material from jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting and spray the tail glue become a log. Then it can working with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products. The machine is controlled by PLC, people operate it through touch screen, the whole process is automatic, easy to operate, lower the man cost. And Our machine can special-made according to clients’ requirements.

delivery time .
Normally, our delivery time is 60 days, Different clients have different requirements, so all the machine only start production after ordered. And most of the machine main spare parts we process ourselves to make sure precision and quantity, If order standard size which have ready spare parts can shorten the delivery time to 45 days if you are lucky.(Asking the sales in advance)

payment terms..
Our general payment terms is T/T. After confirmed machine details, client need to pay 30% of the total amount by T/T to start the order. After machine finished and tested, and client feel satisfied (client can come and test the machine or we send machine testing videos to them) then pay 70% by T/T before shipping.(For other payment terms, need to be agreed by buyer and seller both parts.)
