Answer: check all the connection of Parent Unit and Baby Unit, ensure these are properly connected. Second, make sure parent unit and baby unit are working separately. Then check they are paired. Check the distance it is effective between the two separate kits.

Q2: No sound from the camera when operating the Parent Unit?
Answer: First, make sure the power adapter to the Parent Unit and Baby Unit are connected properly. Second, the check the battery of the Parent Unit is slow or enough. Third, check the distance from the Baby Unit to the baby. Last, the Parent Unit may be out of reach of the Baby Unit.

Answer:Step1: Put CD to CD-ROM
Step2: Copy the file RsCap1.10 to the your PC desk
Step3: Contact our USB Wire Cam to your PC and open RsCap1.10
Step4: Open the software and click “File”, choose “Set capture file” to set video or photo save file.
Step5: Click “Capture”, if you want record, click click again to stop it. If you want take a photo , Click the “snapshot” for take photo.
