Machine Description

1. Bricks manufacturing machine is used to make wire mesh for brick reinforcement and it is controlled by intergrated electric circuit. Not only welding speed fast but also it is easy to learn and operate.

2. Cross wire feeding device is driven by step motor which make the hole accurate. Line wire is in coil and straightened by wire straightening wheel. And the mesh pulling device is driven by spring rod which make the aperture accurate.

3. Both line wire and cross wire distance are adjustable. Line wire distance can be adjusted by moving the electrodes and cross wire distance can be adjusted by touch screen.

4. This machine could produce three pieces of wire mesh at the same time.

5. The available wire is black wire or galvanized wire .
