when production start, our QC will check the quality. If not pass our standard will be destroyed.
Before packing, we will assemble some chairs to check the quality. Because we want our customers couldassemble chairs with no problem.
Then we will pack chairs with bubble bags and 5 layer hard carton.After packing, we will take pictures and send to our customers.
After Sales Service
All our resin chairs, Hibow will give you 3 years warranty. If break problem happening, we will give you new free parts. We always offer relative technical support. Quick response, all your inquiries will be replied within 24 hours.

During production, our QC would strictly check thequality.Our salesman also would trace every production.We would try our best to help our customer solve any problems, even if you are only a very small customer.
Payment Terms
TT advance. 30% deposit. Balance pay against copy of B/L.
