Product Description
The water-based hardener HN-816 is put into adhesive to improve the initial adhesion , thermostability , water tolerance of adhesive.
Application
HN-816 is a kind of cross-linking agent, put into adhesive to improve the viscosity. It won't trun yellow, most suitable for light color materials.
Use Instructions
the working time after adding 3%, 5%, 8%, 10% hardener speparately, plesae see right figure:
The more hardener you add into adhesive, the faster its viscosity rises, the shorter working time .
Please use it in working time after adding hardener. The working time has relation to many factors, such as polymer content, resin,antioxygen,...etc .When it is close to working time, ususally after a few hours , the viscosity of adhesive rises quickly, it's hard to work with it then.
