Warranty

Under normal usage and storage, we give 3 years warranty on all of our led light from date of sale. Please note that any damage or breakdown coursed by improper installation or application is out of warranty. Any failure led lighting is found in terms of product quality within warranty period. we will replace or change the product or component for free. If over the warranty period, we will charge the appropriate material and labor costs.

Q1. Are you a factory? Where is your factory?
A: Yes. Our factory locate in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, mainland China.(close to Bao'an International Airport.about 40-45 minutes' drive)
Q2. What about the track light lead time?
A:Normally, 3-5 working day for track lighting sample order, 2-3 weeks for bulk order, we’ll reply the delivery time order by order. Special arrangement for special order and urgent order.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the tracking lights and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. What's the payment method you accept?
A: Usually by T/T, L/C , Paypal or other payment terms
Q6. Can I add my logo on the track lighting house?
A: Yes,You can print LOGO free of charge if quantity is good
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the track lamp?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5-7 years warranty to our products based different quality standard
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our outdoor LED light are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
