Plaster bandage production line

Description of plaster bandage:
This production line includes seven parts:
1. Mixer
The function of mixer is to mix the ingredents like plaster,Methyl alcohol, Polyvinyl acetate etc, together at certain percentage.
2.Coating part
Coating part is to spray the material which mix by the mixer evenly to the gauze.
3.Drying part:
Drying part is used to dry the gauze which spraying materials
4.Boiler
Boiler is used to produce heat and transport it into the drying part.
5. Cutting Machine
Cutting Machine is usde to cut big rolls to small rolls. The cutting specification is various by changing the mould
6. Packing machine
The packing Machine is used to pack all the small bandages.
7. Random platform = operation floor

6. Automatic rectifying device to make the gauze always in the right direction
