Q: Are you trading company or factory ?
A: We are manufacturers. We have our own showroom and factory ,covering more than 50000 square meters. You are welcomed to visit us .
Q: Where is your factory ?
A: We located in haining Zhejiang, one and half hours drive to Shanghai.
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory . Please send your design pictures to us ,then we talk about it with our professional designers and confirm well with you.
Q: Can i order samples? Are they free of charge ?
A: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers .Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later
Q: What is the lead time ?
A: It depends for the small order with fabric in stock, we can delivery in 7-15days .For container order, the lead time us usually 30-45days after the deposit .
Q: What is the payment term ?
A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
