Packaging & Shipping
How do you pack and deliver China supplier outdoor/indoor 15 ton traveling gantry crane?
Packing :
1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate to reduce distortion in conveying;
2. Main beams, end beams and open winch are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion when transport.
Delivery:
1. If the size of whole crane are suitable for container ship, usually by container;
2. If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation;

1. Q: Can your cranes be customized?
A: Yes. The crane capacity, span and lifting height can be maken as your actual working demand.
2. Q: What is the control method of your double girder overhead crane?
A: The control method can be pendent line with press button and wireless remote control or cabin.
3. Q: Can your crane work in hazardous environment?
A: Yes, we are the senior crane manufacture, we could make all kinds of cranes working in different environment. We have foundry crane for steel factory, explosion-proof crane for chemical factory, etc.
4. Q: Do your factory provide crane spare parts together with crane?
A: Yes. For some parts we supply you for free, such as limit switch, buffer, collector carbon brush etc.. Some parts such as pendent line with press button, wire rope hook, brake ring we have to charge for them.
5. Q: Can you supply installation service?
A: Yes. We can arrange engineer to supervision of installation, make the load test, do commissioning & training of the buyer's workers. The buyer should be responsible for each of our technician`s accommodation, meals, round-trip tickets, self-security and USD90 per day abroad.
6. Q: How about the warranty?
A: We are very confident on our crane quality, so we make 12 months warranty on main body and lifetime after-sales service and maintenance.
7. Q: Can your crane shipping in container?
A: If the crane span is less than 12m, we will ship it by 40 feet container. If the span is over 12m, we will cut the main beam to put them in a 40 feet container. As for very large crane we suggest ship it by bulk cargo ship
8. Q: Can we visit your group?
A: Yes! Welcome to visit us! Our crane group is near the Xinxiang East High-railway Station and Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. We could meet you in airport or railway station.
