Fiber optic cable recycling machine, also called scrap electric wire and cable recycling equipment, copper wire separator, aluminium wire separator or electric wire reparator. Firstly, cables with different sizes could be pretreated by cutting or shredding machine to get blocks or smaller pieces, then through crushing process to get copper and plastic separated apart for separation. The normal separation method is air separation which could separate copper and plastic through the different gravities. But for very thin wires less than 3mm, copper is too tin and small which may not be separated by air separator. If so, the electrostatic separator is necessary for further separation. With both air separator and electrostatic separator, it could process any kinds of cable wires with any sizes, and the separation rate could reach to almost 100%, which you could not see copper in plastic and plastic in copper.
