Thewholeprocess of Carbonization furnace design:
Preparedwork:
Keeponeinnerstovedown,thenputtherawmaterialsintotheinnerstove,usethehoistframe
to hoist the inner stove(with raw material) into the outer stove, and cover it, then seal it well.
Heatingprocess:usewoodwastesorgasasthefueltoheatthestove,after80-120minutes,
stopheatingwhenthetemperaturereach280-330°C.
Carbonizedprocess:
Thenchangethefireintolowheat,carbonizefor 8-10hours,during the time, it mayproduce
a little smoke, gas and wood tar, please do not worry about that,we have purification system
to deal with it, and the redundant smoke can be reused as fuel to heat the stove again,
which can recycle the smoke.
Coolingprocess:
Afterthat,hoistthefinishedinnerstoveout, let itcoolnaturally. Cooling time is longer,
the quality of charcoal is better.When the temperature is lower than 50°C, you can take
charcoal out. At the same time, putanotherinnerstoveintheouterstove toheat.
Workingprinciple of Carbonization furnace design:
Carbonizingisalsoknowasdrydistillation,which turns solid fuel into charcoal in a thermal
chemical process. Inthisprocess, solidfuel,suchaswoodand coal are decomposed into
gas(coal gas), liquid(tar oil), and solidity(charcoal/coke). The final tar oil and gas are overflow
from the charring stove(can recycle) and charcoal should remove out of the stove by manual labor.

Available rawmaterials of Carbonization furnace design:
Biomass materials such aswood branch,rice husk,wheat straw,coconut shell,olive,palm kernel shells can be carbonized after briquette,or you can carbonize them first,then pressthem into bars.The diameter of the materialshould be less than 5cmin ainner stove,so that theycan be carbonized evenly.At the same time,make sure the humidity should beless than 50%.
