- Yes, we can customize socks per our customer's designs and requirements .
we collect these information to start : your designs with clear pattern and Panton color No.,detailed measurements, your requested
size and material for socks and also your quantity of order.Big quantity can get more discount.

2, What is your MOQs ?
- For cotton socks, MOQ is usually 2000 pairs per style per same color and size.
and for wool socks, MOQ is 3000 pairs per style per same color and size.
but if you have quite a few styles , MOQ can be negotiable .

3, Can I get samples from you ? Is it free ?
- Samples are available,but we are very regret that we will charge a little bit samples fee and shipping fee.
for specific samples fee and shipping fee please contact our customer service , they will check out according to your needing and
destinations.

4, How do I pay you samples fee ?

5, How long does it take to make my samples ?
- once got your samples fee , Usually we spend about 3-7 days on making samples , then we will email you pictures of samples and
also send it out to your address.Some special design may need more days,we will let you know before sample start.


6, I want to have my socks made using the best quality material, which do you recommend ?
- There are many good material for making socks, such as cotton , combed cotton , wool, cashmere, hemp, polyester... you need let us know how do you want your socks to look like, then can we recommend the material.


7, Do you have a size chart for men socks ?
Here is a simple sock sizes chart, for detailed size, you need measure the socks according to the boarding type you requested,please contact our customer service for more information.

8, In respect to the payment , what is your payment methods ? can I pay 50% deposit firstly and the other 50% on arrival?
- Our payment terms: T/T(30% deposit before the production and 70% before the shipment), L/C, Western Union. Paypal is available
for samples only.

9, How long does it take to complete mass production of my order ?
- It depends on the quantity of your order , but we usually need about 40 days for arranging the mass production after samples
confirmed .

10, How much is the shipping fee from your port to my local port ?
- The price we quoted is based on Fob Shanghai or Ningbo Port, shipping fee is not included .you can tell us the name of your
local port ,we can check with shipping company here for you. But for the detailed shipping fee you will need contact your local
shipping agent who has the right to import goods .they have more detailed information for you.
11, Can I visit your factory ?
