Preformed Dead End Clamp OPGWCable Tension Clamp,dead end clamp,tension clamp,adss cable clamp
Purposes: Supporting all strain, make OPGW cable connect to the strain pole or tower.
a.According to OPGW cable diameter and RTS to select the tension clamp.
b.Configurations: 1 set/ terminal tower(including gantry);2 sets/ tension tower.
c.The lay direction of inner rod is opposite with lay direction of the OPGW outer wire. The lay direction of OPGW outer wire is right, If left, it should be specified in the order contract.
d.After the clamp afford a full tension, it was proposed to use one-time only.
e.Need to provide the model type of the first link fitting connected to tower.
f.Clamp strength: 70kN, 100kN, 120kN,etc.
Features:
a. Stress distribution, no concentration stress, protect the cable better.
b.The clamp has greater gripping strength, also able to hold greater tension without exceeding the cable side crushing strength.
c.The grip strength not less than 95%RTS of optical cable, and not damage OPGW cable at the same time.
d.Excellent aluminum clad steel material to improve the mechanical and resist-corrosion function of clamp.
