Lead antimony alloy ingot casting machine:
1. Ingoting
1.1. Production capacity: 10-25 t/h
1.2. This device is used for lead and lead alloy ingoting, the temperature of liquor into the mold is around 550-600℃
1.3. Each ingot weights 25±1kg and the shape of lead ingot follows GB21181-2007 standard.
1.4. Casting machine is stable to support ingot mold to do smoothly uniform move under the drive of transmission chain sprocket. The length of casting machine is around 20 meters.
1.5. Including 290 single molds, these molds are made of heat resistant nodular iron; ingot mold’s surface is smooth and easy demoulding. Meanwhile, all edges and corners are fillet disposed.
1.6. The chain is made of 40Mn steel and the chain wheel is 45Mn steel. After heating and fine finishing the steel can meet the requirements to avoid the dithering phenomenon during chaining process.
1.7. Lead ingot pouring device: lead liquor flows to lead liquid buffer tank through seamless steel tube and double valve and then goes into star pouring device after micro-adjusting in buffer tank. The star pouring device brings lead liquor into each mold equally by the ingot mold drive. The molds should be sealed and settled device to avoid flawing edges in ingoting; meanwhile it has four natural gas fire guns for pre heating mold.
1.8. Lead ingot cooling system: it is able to adjust and combines with water mist nozzle. It satisfies not only water mist cooling but also soak for cooling; the pipe and water mist collector are for improving solidification speed. There is a mist collecting cover on the top of machine, water collecting tank in the middle of machine which is convenient to connect with cooling circulating water device to prevent workshop pollution.
1.9. Lead ingot stamping device and demoulding rotary spindle device: lead ingot moves to ingot tail wheel after cooling then through the 8 units’ lead ingot steel tapping device and the lead ingot mold unloading device, at the lead ingot unloading position, it will be tapped demoulding by mechanical or pneumatic hammers with ingot holding device.
1.10. After lead ingot demoulding, it will dropping on conveying belt which is made by merchant steel; the lead ingot will be transported to work area by automatic palletizing manipulator after centering on the chain.
2. Automatic palletizing machine/pneumatic control system:
Automaticpalletizing manipulator is set on the place which over conveying belt and lead chop conveyor. The cooling lead ingot will transport to automatic palletizing manipulator working area when it is filled with six blocks, automatic palletizing manipulator will arrange them in stories on lead chop conveyor under the action of cylinder movement and servo motor. When it is filled with 7 stories, lead chop conveyor moves them to a working area and start the next working cycle.
2.1. The frame is forming and welding by steel; there are chains, wheels and supporting board of lead chop conveyor on frame. The chain of lead chop conveyor connects with smooth chain plate which the lead ingot will be placed on it.
2.2. Automatic arrange in 7 layers and each layer in 6 ranks.
2.3. Lead stack conveyor is around 9m with double transfer chains. At the end of machine, there is a shutdown alarm device.
2.4. A 90°rotating automatic palletizing manipulator carries and stories the lead ingot.
3. Electric control
The process of star pouring, casting and stacking are automatic control by electric control system with emergency stop function. The machine which is over 11kw power has to use frequency conversion starting.
