--We have a 15W Laser, which can engrave metal materials such as stainless steel and alumina.
--Injection molded parts, strong and durable, long life
--Body with aluminum and plastic, small size, light weight, USB interface, GRBL control system, simple and suitable for beginners.
--Some components and core components have been assembled, the customer only need to assemble the rack according to the installation instructions, the control board wiring is basically a connector, also easy and simple.
--Can use carving knife, and also can use laser engraving.
--Can be carved Stainless Steel, metal plastic, wood, acrylic, pvc, pcb, and the similar materials.
--ER11 needs shrink fitting. Both the spindle and ER11 have the correct diameter, but ER11 is designed to be minus tolerence to spindle so you cannot put it on directly.
--We have EU and US adapters and I will send the correct plugs according to your country.

A:You can get the software ,contact us.

Q: Whick type computer system can run its software?
A:The software only support the Windows system.

Q: What's the laser's lifetime?
A: The laser module have over 6,000 hours lifetime.

Q: What material can it engrave?
A:Wood, bamboo, plastic, paper, leather, rubber.

Q:What material can it cut?
A:cork wood, paper, thin leather.

Q:Can I use it to cut or engrave on metal?
A:It can not engrave or cut on any metal.

Q: Can I regulate the laser power or the laser power is adjustable?
A: Sorry that the Fixed laser power is not adjustable, but the engraving speed is adjustable.

Q: How long can the machine work continuously?
A: It can work continuously about 45 minutes, after the laser mould cool down(about half of an hour), then start work again. Long time work continuously with shorten the laser module liftetime.

Q: When I receive it, how to let it work?
A: Fist of all, you need to plug the stepper motor power cable to the controller board, then installl the software and the driver, power supply the machine,that's all.
