It adopts the Twin-shaft Agravic mixer as its main mixing system. The well-mixed materials will go into the storage silo via material conveying pipe, and the mixer may be feed consecutively and work continuously in flow line production, but the equipment is not over four meters high, thus solving the problem of heightening the workshop. Moreover, it may realize automatic metering and packaging, hence, it may not merely save the time and energies but also may be more accurate. It required little investment, but it may load, weight and package the materials automatically; no wondering, it is a simple but practical production line. 1.Flexible material selection:
Material can be carbon steel, manganese steel, ss304, 316L and 321;
besides, different material can also be used in combination between the part contact with the raw material and the parts don’t contact with the raw material.
Surface treatment for stainless steel include sandblasting, wiredrawing, polishing, mirror polishing, all can be used in different parts of a mixer.
2.Reliable driven unit
The driven unit, power and speed are varied according to different raw material, starting method, and processing.
Because of the meshing relationship for the paddles, the double shaft driven unit is required to be equipped with synchronous ability.
The four different driven combination launched by Shengli Co. can meet different requirements of two synchronous gear box, double output gear box
double synchronous planetary gear box, and the combination of reducer and chain.

Safe Operation Rules
(1) Rated working pressure: 0.6-0.8Mpa. Air supply keeps the working pressure of cylinder higher than 0.6Mpa.
(2) Air seal main shaft, work pressure: 0.1-0.2Mpa.
(3) Turn on mixer and then feeding, after discharging then turn off.
(4) metal or impurity with size over 3mm is forbidden to mixer.
(5) Feed additives after half main materials are fed inside the mixer, spray oil after all main materials within the mixer, discharge all materials after even mixing.
(6) Common mixing time is 3-8min/batch, special material mixing time can be set by customers.
(7) The fineness of mixed material is 20-400 meshs
