1. The horizontal mortar mixer uses high-efficiency and fast mixture materials, and the spiral belt of the mixing shaft moves the inner and outer spiral belts to turn the animal material in a larger range.
2. The inner spiral belt moves the materials to both sides, and the outer spiral belt moves the materials.
3. The inward movement from both sides causes the materials to mix back and forth, and the other parts are pushed by the spiral belt and move in the radial direction along the axial direction, thereby forming a convection cycle.

Operating Requirements:
1.Horizontal installation, ensuring that the valve is opening, the handle and connecting rod is flexible.
2.After positioning of the reducer, tension the chain and install the safe cover.
3.Equipped with boot settings, which can connect the air source with the air cylinder.Use solenoid valve to control.The air pressure should guarantee 0.6Mpa. pressure according to the requirement of the air cylinder.
4. Install the control cabinet according to the requirement of the production line. Use AC contactor to control the circuit.
5.Confirm the rotating direction of the main axis,the chain wheel and the scutcheon arrow.Ensure that the chain aims the position of two main axis.The installation of the body and the transmission device refers to the outside view.Move the reducer to tension the chain. Move with hands and pay attention to the infall of the left and right main axis to make sure there is no friction.
6.Add engine oil for the reducer, chain and bearing.
7.The requirement of trial run: Maintain the empty machine operates 3 hours after energizing. Check the bearing block temperature of the two main axis. Make sure that no noise in the machine and the scutcheon arrow of the chain wheel point to the same direction.
