Charcoal Briquette Dryer is a kind of tray type dryer, it is used to reduce the moisture of charcoal briquette. Usually, after briquetting, there will be 25%-30% moisture, this makes the charcoal can not be sold or used directly. And under normal temperature, it will need 2-5 days to dry. In order to solve this problem, we designed this charcoal drying machine. It can reduce the moisture to less than 3%.
Besides, this dryer machine is made of the 304 stainless steel so that it can also be used to dry all kinds of the fruits and vegetables like date, pepper, carrot, bean, garlic, longan, agaric, hawthorn, mushroom and so on. And the scented tea materials like chrysanthemum, lemon, rose, etc. and Chinese herbal medicine like ginseng can also be dried by this drying machine.

Finished charcoal briquettes, pillow/ egg/ oval/ Ball/ Rod/ Shisha briquettes.

Drying timperature& Time:
As our these years experience of charcoal briquettes drying, temperature inside the dryer shall be around 180-200 degree, and drying time depends on your briquettes moisture content! For example, normally the moisture is around 30%-35%, the drying time shall be around 4 hours or 4 hours half, or it can not be complete dried!
