Product Description
Reduce bulk feedstock of waste wood/Agriculture with rotary-swing hammers. The enclosed cases, covered feed hoppers, and rugged cast iron housings ensure safe and efficient operation with low maintenance. Feed hopper gates enable manual feed control. Hinged and latched housings offer quick access to the grinding chamber for cleaning and replacement of the bolted-in screens. The open-latch sensor cuts all power for increased safety and rotors, swing hammers and screen plates larger than 3mm are heat-treated and hardened to promote maximum service life. Cyclone& Air- lock help seal sample collection containers to discharge spouts for dust control during operation.
600 model is recommended for crushing thickness 5cm and smaller samples. It processes at a rate of about 800kg of wood biomass waste material per hour. Final size is approximately 2-5mm and rotor speed is 2,200rpm. Feed Hopper size is 600*240mm , and crushing chamber is Diameter 1m. Powered by a 4G GB 55kw motor, and has a standard rotor speed of 1440rpm. 3-6mm Screen Plates with round-hole perforations are included. Additional Screen Plates can be purchased separately with opening diameters of 3- 6mm. It also comes with two powder collection system(Cyclone& Air- lock). Working Principle:
Mingyang charcoal palm leaves waste wood hammer mill crusher adopts blade cutting and high speed flow, collision and double crush functions can be completed in one machine , can separate particulate at the same time.
During cutting, rotor produces high-speed airflow, rotating along with the blade cutting direction, materials speed up in the airflow, repeated shocks, make materials double crushed, accelerated material crushing rate.

Tree branch, peanut shell,coffee husk, sunflower seed,wheat straw,wood chips,sunflower stalk,waste wood,grass tobacco waste,mustard stalk,waste leaves,soybeans husk and any other wood wastes which thickness less than 5cm . Widely used in food factory ,swine farm , paper factory ,wood factory ,etc.
