GongYi MingYang wood briquetting machine is a kind of energy recycling equipment which is also named biomass charcoal briquette making machine, used to make pollution-free fuel briquettes from various biomass materials (coconut shell, sawdust, straw, rice husk, etc). During the molding process, the surface of briquettes is carbonized through high temperature and high pressure. Wood briquette PINI-KAY is a fuel product that is pressed from dry softwood sawdust into a dense mass.
Standard PINI-KAY briquettes are a type of solid fuel. In manufacturing, a mechanical screw presses and heats the outer surface of the briquette to 400 degrees. Heating creates a shell on the surface that prevents moisture from entering the briquette and also makes it more durable. The shape of the briquette resembles a classic piece of wood, so it is perfect for fireplaces and stoves, as well as open and closed fireplaces.
When PINI-KAY wood briquettes are used outdoors, the hole in the middle of them produces a funnel effect, which brings more combustion power.
