Quality control:
1.Raw material: from steel sheet, epoxy powder to small components and parts, we have stable suppliers who have cooperated with us for many years. And we have the priority to get what we need first even meet the shortage of supply.
2.Before the beginning of the mass production, drawing will get first then a pre-production sample will be made. After checking the sample and make sure the quality then mass production will begin.
3.Sampling inspection plans is used during the whole production process.
4. Spot inspection is a necessary flow before loading. The container won't leave factory before the qualified inspection.
Trade Terms:
1. Payment term: Normally T/T: 30% in advance, the balance should be paid against B/L copy. or L/C.
2. Lead time : It depends. Normally 25--30 days after receiving the deposit.
3. Shipping port: Qingdao , China. Or other ports if needed.
