HPT604 is a Submersible Analog Water Level Sensorused for liquid level and depth measurement. It consists
of apiezoresistivesensing element encased in a 316 SS housing. Its all stainless steel, hermetically sealed housing
make it suitablefor immersionin most industrial liquids and oils. The welded housing is tested in-house via a
helium leak tester to ensureproper protection.
The conductors of the cable are also isolated from the outside environment to keep the level sensoroperational for
long-termuse. Each submersible pressure transducer features a removable nose cone at the sensorwhichprotects
the diaphragm fromdamage.
A vented cable provides an atmospheric pressure reference. Ventilation tube in the cable automatically compensates
forchanges in atmospheric pressure above the tank. The vent is protected with a maintenance free filter eliminating
particulateor water droplets from entering the transducer.
