Q.1: What's your factory address ? May I visit your factory ?
Our factory is located in Yiwu city, Zhejiang province, near to Ningbo, Shanghai and Hangzhou, about 2 hours by bus or train.Welcome to visit our factory.
Q.2: How many hours can use the liquid for the machine ?
Our liquid tank is for 9 liter 304 stainless steel , the machine can be used for about 2 hours after filling up.
Q.3 : Can I buy the sample to test? After the sample , what's the Minumum order quantity ?
Before the bulk order , we are pleased to send one sample for your evaluation.
The sample shipping freight can be return back for next bulk purchase order , the Minimum Order Quantity is 56pcs after testing the samples .
Q.4: How about your package ? How many pieces for one pallet ?
Our package is forwooden case with customzied foam . 8pcs for one pallet , the pallet size is 110x120x195 cm . For 56pcs order , the total is for 18 CBM , the total weight is about 3980kg ;
Q.5: Do I need to clean the machine after using the disinfectant liquid ?
Please noted it : After you use the machine , please add 1 Liter pure water and start the machine to clean it , After cleaning, dry the machine and put it in a ventilated place.
Q.6: Question : What's the disinfectant area for your machine ?
Our Max Atomization area is 2,000 square meter .
Usually only 5 minutes treatment for a 30 square meter area can be finished the fully atomized disinfectant and can reuse immediately , and will not have any residue on the floor or furniture .
Q.7: Question: Where should the machine be placed for disinfection?
The disinfection atomizer should be placed at a corner 1 meter away from the wall, with the nozzle direction diagonal to the room.
Q.8: Question: How many time should users leave after starting the machine ?
Users whould leave the room 30 seconds after turning on the machine .
Q.9: Question: What's your wearing parts about the replacement and maintenance ?Notes :If the liquid you put in is strong acid / strong alkali and with corrosive , the spray nozzle need replaced every 2 months
