Main Features and Function
1.By manually placing the box on the mold, the machine runs automatically, and the edging,
pushing, folding, and foaming processes of the box are completed at one time;;
2.There is no need to change the foaming board and blade during the debugging process of
the machine. It only needs to input the length, width and height of the product, the machine
automatically adjusts the mold, reduces the step and time of mold change and mold, and
improve production efficiency and quality;
3.With manual and automatic two operating modes; with servo unwinding, cylinder retreating,
two kinds of unpacking modes; a variety of boxing modes to choose from, suitable for
deep package to the bottom box type;
4.With product memory function, parameters are saved quickly, and the transfer is quickly
called;
5.Applicable to ear butt and ear to box type, the length of cylinder extension can be adjusted
according to the length of the paper ear.
