Our inspection serviceOur Factory Audit is done for Client's actual needs. Besides comprehensive assessment of the production facilities and organization according to ISO 9000 standards, we also confirm that the factory has the production capacity, technical know-how and quality to meet client’s production requirements. We focus more on the factory’s real produce ability such as manpower the recent production situation of this factory. This inspection can be in the whole process of production, or a certain period of time. Our inspector will inspect the Quality and Quantity of products every day, and there will be an inspection report every day. With our Production Monitoring client can understand the production situation of every day very clearly, in order to correct the production problems timely. This service is mainly adopteddue to high quality product requirements and urgent production situation.This Inspection is done at the first of production, therefore ensuring products meet client's specific requirements, which mainly includes:Inspection for product components, capability, function, appearance and production process. This Inspection can earliest find out the defects of products and problems during production process, thereby timely prevent possible deviations and flaws that could affect the quality of productsThis inspection is made when 20 % to 60% products is completed. We check workmanship quality, raw materials, product appearance, weight & size measurements, components & accessories, functioning & functionality, Label & logos, packaging, packing and other special requirements depending on the product specifications and the export market. With In-Process Inspection, buyers can control the quality during the whole Produce Process and timely Discovery & Correct the Product Problem!This inspection takes place when 100% of the production is finished and at least 80% packed in cartons. The inspector checks on-site the completed products, the packaging and the packing by sampling according to the method AQL and your requirements. With Pre-Shipment Inspection Problems like wrong Packaging, parts missing, assembly problems, defects of appearance, all this human’s carelessness and unpredictable factors can not be solved, then will figure out defects proportion, and help buyer to judge if the bulk Product meets their specific Requirements.This Inspection is carried out at Manufacturer Warehouse or at the Port before delivery. We supervise the whole process to avoid the situation that some products are damaged during the loading. We check the product models product quantity and the condition of the container to ensure right products right quantity and good condition of the container. We record the container number and seal number for clients. Container Loading Inspection can prevent wrong products or damaged products shipping to buyers. Our Laboratory has ISO17025 Certification can provide a variety of Products Testing. All tests are performed in strict accordance with International Standards. Tests can be performed on a wide range of Materials, Products, Production Lines, Prototype Creations and Services. We assist clients in verifying where Hazards are likely to occur in a process chain and the critical points for corrective action and continues the monitoring. We guarantee that the samples tested were rational taken from your production by our inspector, not from a problematic chosen by the factory.
