Plate heat exchangers are one of the fastest ways to cool your wort and the KegLand Chillout MKIII Heat Exchanger is one of the best. The Chillout MK3HE is made from stainless steel and brazed together with pure copper. It also has ripples along each plate that create more surface area to improve heat transfer. A great addition to your brewing setup.
Set up one side with Wort in & out, and Water out & in on the other side. Either way works.

Has rippled plates for more surface area.
Barbs are designed for a 13mm OD hose (Stepless Clamps / Butterfly Hose clamps recommended!)
Dimensions: 315mm L x 73mm W x 73mm H.
Please note large amounts of hops in the boil can clog this chiller. If you are going to use this chill plate, we recommend using a hop spider or bagging your hops or even whirlpooling.
We would also like to recommend to back flush when cleaning to help remove any coagulated proteins / hop matter that may have accumulated in your chilling.
