Scaffolding tube

The steel scaffolding pipe is widely used with coupler in building construction project. The pipe can be painted, galvanized to proctect it from corrossion.
We supply two type scaffolding pipes according to JIS G 3444 standard 48.6mm O.D and BS 1139 standard 48.3 mm O.D.

Hot-dip galvanizing is to pickle the steel pipe first. In order to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after
pickling, the steel pipe is washed in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then dipped in zinc groove.
