Q: I know nothing about the machine, what’s it for?
A:Briefly the machine main purpose is packing a certain volume pellets into sachets; So no need person to hold bag or fill bag or
seal the bag;
Q: What kind of product can the machine pack?
A: Most uniform free flow pellets such as sugar/rice/seeds/beans; and some small solid food, like round banana chips, chocolate
balls, fried peanuts, popcorn ball etc.
Q: How dose the machine make sure the weight?
A: There is one set volumetric cups filler on machine, which is customized subject to product volume. So each cups will give a
certain volume when machine running to full fill the cups;
Q: How many gram can i put into a sachet?
A: The volume range standard for 1-100ml. For banana chips around max 100g;
Q: What about the sachet? Dose the machine seal?
A: Yes, machine auto form film roll to a pillow seal sachet, fill chips, then seal;
Q: How much the sachet size can be?
A: Standard sachet Width: 30-130mm, Length:30-180mm; (There are other larger size machine, which can do larger size sachet);
Q: Can you provide the film roll? Can you print our logo?
A: Yes, we can do the film printing so provide ready film roll together with machine. All you need to do is designing an artwork.
Q: once I have the machine, do I need anything else for production?
A: The film roll, the banana chips, an air compressor & air hose, electricity supply, an operator, and possibly a nitrogen
generator for flush air into banana packets.
