Steps for Usage
Step 1

Put the left arm in the cuff, and the cuff air tube towards the same side of the palm.

Step 2

The triangle mark should be in the middle of the arm.

Step 3

The distance between cuff edge which was on triangle side and the elbow should be 2-3cm. The air tube should be on the extansion line of the middle finger.

Step 4

When measuring, keep your body straight and relax, keep quiet, don't move your body, and don't talk, meanwhile keep your arm at the same height as your heart.
