Introduction
Chloroprene rubber SN242 is high bond strength, it is obtained by mercaptan modified and Chloroprene monomer by emulsion polymerization with high rate of crystallization, for using a Nairit recipe and process technology. It can be seen as equivalent to Dupont AD-20 of theUnited States.
Characteristics
lFast rate of crystallization and stronger cohesion;
lMedium viscosity among the SN24- series and can be dissolved in toluene or mixed solvents;
lBetter solubility and uniformity than CR244 and good storage stability;
lAdhesive cements prepared by SN242 is light in color and high bonding strength, quick good grips, easy handling, adhesion layer to keep a long time;
lGood resistant to ozone, weather, oil, chemical corrosion and extension of the fine is not flammable;
lSN242 can be divided into SN242Aand SN242B, SN242Ais closer to A90 and can be used as applicable grade of preparing grafted adhesive; SN242B is closer to AD-20, mainly preparing decoration adhesive and so on.
Appearance
White orlight yellowchips, with talcum as a release agent, no mechanical impurities.SN242, which is a basic raw material for preparing adhesive cements, can be used alone or combination with other types is the most typical grade of preparing adhesive. Adhesive is suitable for bonding of the shoe industry, rubber leather, wood, metal and construction materials.
