We can coat the edge of the weighted blanket with similar color cotton. It would make it stronger to aviod the pellets falling out.  The buckle on the four corners would aviod the blanket moving in the cover, which would give you better sleeping feeling.
The common length for the zipper is 100cm, we can make the zipper as long as you request.
Adding more ties on the inner cover to connect the blanket and the cover together. We also can adjust the length of the ties as your requested.
