3.1 Eyepiece cover size
The size and tolerance of eyepiece cover shall meet the requirements of Table 3.

3.2 Seal ed Package
3.2.1 Fog layer
For the endoscope with optical elements, the closed interior shall be clean and dry. After the sudden change test from low temperature to high temperature, there is no blurring phenomenon in the interior.
3.2.2 Packaging reliability
The endoscope with optical elements shall be able to withstand the following sealing test without failure:
a) Water pressure test for 1 m under water for 12 h;
b) Cycle 20 tests according to the sterilization or disinfection method specified by the manufacture.
3.2.3 Connect
For each connecting part of endoscope, if tight fitting is adopted, there shall be no obvious gap at the fitting position; if welding is adopted, there shall be no uneven concave convex, desoldering, overlaying or obvious pockmarks at the weld position; if gluing is adopted, there shall be no overflow or obvious glue pile at the gluing position and no glue flow mark at other parts
3.2.4 External surface quality of insertion part
Except for special purpose, the insertion part shall not have any possible safety injury.
3.2.5 Surface and edge
The endoscope and its accessories shall be designed so as not to cause any accidental injury to the human body.
All surfaces of the endoscope and its accessories shall be free of fine holes, cracks and burrs.
4, Survivabil
For the endoscope and its accessories that can be repeatedly sterilized or sterilized, the disinfection or sterilization method shall neither damage the function nor produce corrosion.
5, Packing
The packing should be able to protect the arthroscope from damage caused by adverse storage and transportation conditions.
6 6, Electrical safety performance
The dielectric strength of the electric isolation part between the eyepiece cover and the insertion part of the endoscope shall be able to pass the test with the test voltage of 50Hz sine and the maximum current of no more than 0.03ma under 1500V.
The safety requirements for interconnection of endoscope and medical electrical equipment shall meet the requirements of GB 9706.1-2007 and GB 9706.19-2000.
7, Environmental test
The environmental requirements of endoscope shall meet the requirements of group II of climatic environment test and group II of mechanical environment test in GB / t14710-2009.
