1. Please provide us with your design image in electronic document format, or whatever text you would like embroidered. If you only have a concept or idea in the mind and are unsure about how you want your embroidery to look, send us inquiry and contact us directly to discuss more details (general content – dimension – application – foundation fabric)!
2. And our pattern designers will make into embroidered file that can be directly produced on computer embroidery machine by using Wilcom EmbroideryStudio.
3. Then we will estimate of how many stitches will be required to embroider it. This stitch count will determine the charge for an entire run of embroidery, and the digitizing fee, which is a one-time charge. Before plate-making, design fees is charged.
4. We will send you finished embroidery sample, or take a photo for /confirm/iation. Also, deposit is charged before mass production.

2) How to get the sample from factory? How about the sample fee?
You can get sample in our stock but freight collect. For the sample fee is accordingto your design/patterns, if the qty is so big and reach our target, then we can refund the samplecharge to you bulk production.
3) How to pay my order?
We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal.
Deposit 30% before production, the balance70% paid before shipment.
4) What are the minimum ordering requirements?
MOQ is not limited if you choose from our stock designs. Also, we offer customization.
5) How can I get an accurate price?
We need your design firstly. Accurate price will be provided when size, craft, fittings,qty & package
details /confirm/ied.
6) What is the first step in the process?

7) I don't have any artwork. Can you help me?
Yes. We can take your sketch and turn it into art. It is much easier for ourgraphic designers
