MB Series Ice Block Making machine
MB series of ice block machine is a new type machine with high efficiency units,which mainly aiming at the Africa,Middle East and Oceania. The ice-making tank adpt the Polyurethane foam technology,it have good viscosity performance,avoiding the defects of foam uneven. Ice source ice block machines are widely used in ports,docks,ice plants. To freshing,cooling and food preservation in the long distance transportation for aquatic products and other food; cooling for spcial field ; ice sculpture and block ice for eat.
MB Series Ice block machine capacity and ice block weight
Ice source ice block machine daily capacity:1ton to 100tons. we have sample project for 100tons in Malaysia, the 60 tons, 80 tons, 30 tons, 20 tons also have.
The each ice block weight have 2.5kg,5kg,10kg,15jg,20kg,25kg,30kg,50kg,100kg optional, also can customized for your requirement. Different ice block weight,the make ice time is different.
For example:
1 tons per day design:
If make 5kg each ice, machine make 40pcs of 5kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is 200pcs of 5kg per day.
5kg x 40pcs x 5shift = 1000kg.
If make 10kg each ice, machine make 25pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 100pcs of 10kg per day.
10kg x 25pcs x 4sfhit = 1000kg.
2 tons per day design:
If make 5kg each ice, machine make 80pcs of 5kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is 400pcs of 5kg per day.
5kg x 80pcs x 5shift = 2000kg.
If make 10kg each ice, machine make 50pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 200pcs of 10kg per day.
10kg x 50pcs x 4sfhit = 2000kg.
3 tons per day design:
If make 5kg each ice, machine make 120pcs of 5kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is 600pcs of 5kg per day.
5kg x 120pcs x 5shift = 3000kg.
If make 10kg each ice, machine make 75pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 300pcs of 10kg per day.
10kg x 75pcs x 4sfhit = 3000kg.
5 tons per day design:
If make 5kg each ice, machine make 250pcs of 5kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 1000pcs of 5kg per day.
5kg x 250pcs x 4shift = 5000kg.
If make 10kg each ice, machine make 125pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 500pcs of 10kg per day.

Machine running condition: water temperature 23°C, evaporate temperature -12°C,condensing temperature 40°C, reference valve under 50Hz power condition. Real production of machine will have a
little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature.
Note:
1.Dimension of machine for reference only, its real size according to after final confirm size of each ice block and quantity of ice block cans.
2.It didn’t mention size of cooling tower, cooling tower is usually installed in the outside.
3.The completely machines contain main frame, salt water tank(inside the tank is ice block cans with shelves,on the top of the tank is covers),cooling tower,water pump,stirrer,water pipes and water pipe fittings.

(2) Before our engineer arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.

A: yes, the machine is full of refrigerant, once with water and electric it can work. yes, ice machine leaves factory with carefully examination after it was produced for 3 to 5 days. And when we install them at customer’s factory, we retest the ice machines.

3.Q: can you load ice machine into container?
A: we have containerized ice block machine. Our export ice machine is designed based on the standard of container, it is easily to load. The 25kg ice of 10tons can load in container of 40 feet. for domestic ice machine of over 12 tons per day, we design based on the standard of truck, which can easily drive into your factory.
4.Q: all your ice machine is based on 380V 50HZ power requirement? Do you have the right power requirement for abord? Such as 440V 60HZ or 220V three phase that suitable for America?
