A5.We have standard size for all products.But we can also make the different sizes according to your requirements. (Warm Tips: it needs to pay extra cost for changing size because once size changes, everything should change accordingly which increases workers' working hours. Hope you can understand. )Q6: How can I get quotation and make order?
A6.Just simply inform our staff item numbers(or link) of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for you. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized. Q7: Did you accept bespoke order ?
A7.Yes and we've worked with many designers from all over the world.Q8: How long is the Production Lead Time?
A8.Our standard products: 30-40 days after receiving you 50% deposit;
Bespoke order: 45-55 days, Q9: What's your payment term?
A9.50%deposit in advance + 50% balance before shipping.

A11.We use good quality non-woven bag inside and reinforced cardboard carttons with clear labeling. We will give some packing suggestions to our customers according to different situations.Q12: Can you give warranty of your products?
A12.Yes,our warranty period is 1 year but our furniture maintenance period is lifelong. It means, if there's any quality problems caused by non-artificial reason, we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products in the first year you receive the furniture. From the second year, we can still offer the replacements for free but it needs customers to pay express fee.
Customers will be requsted to offer detailed images when making claims - send emails with detailed pictures to us and clarify what happens.
