Description
This is a two-component coating prepared by organic and inorganic resin, special heat resistant and anti-corrosive pigments, reactive inorganic adhesive.
Use
Used as exterior and interior coating for kinds of high temperature equipment, such as engine, boiler, exhaust pipe, stove, chimney, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry and aviation industry. it is recommended apply with inorganic silicate zinc primer.
Feature
Dry fast naturally at ambient temperature, has resistance to heat (550℃), corrosion, weathering and water.

Substrate Treatment
Substrate surface must treated by shot blasting or sand blasting until it reaches Swedish derusting standard level Sa2.5, roughness shall be 25~50μm. Former coating must be dry, no dust and oil stain.
Cautions
This product is only for technician use. Workers must get trained before operation. All operations must follow technical directions from Bangjie Co. Ltd. Operators must wear self protection. Operation directions are based on current knowledge and experience. Any changes to directions must get approved by technical specialist of Bangjie Co. Ltd.
Health and Safety
Read safety direction on package carefully. Operate this product in ventilated condition, avoid over inhaling paint mist and spills on skin or eyes. If coating splashes on skin, rinse with proper detergent or soap water. If splash into eyes by accident, call emergence medical service immediately.
