We provide the new devlopment to the steel and pig iron production. we give you the technology by which you producing the Pig iron in SAF -Submerdge Arc Furnace. This process is Very easy and stable process. You may achive the same grade of pig iron as from blast furnace.
There is some Advantages compare with the Blast furnace.
1-Low grade and less amount coke required for its input.
2-Directly Coal is used in this process.
3-You can use various type of iron bearing waste material replacing of some amount of iron ore such as: - Waste iron particle from rolling mill.
DRI/Sponge iron kiln Crusts.
4-It can easily operate with low grade iron ore. It means you can use lower aggregate mineral also.
5-Operation process is very easy as compared to the Blast furnace and others.
