We are offering cast iron V-blocks :Cast Iron V - Blocks made from close grained C.I. Castings, conforming to Grade FG: 220 of IS-210, duly hand scrapped finish, generally conforming to IS: 2949/1974.Magnetic V-Block(Standard & hardened) has a total three magnetic and hardened holding surface.Top and bottom with 90 degrees V-angle and end surface opposite to switch.All three magnetic surfaces and 2 sides are carefully ground.Accuracy for flatness, squareness and parallelism of V-blocks within 10 microns, having clamping range 5-65 mm and pull capacity - 100 Kgs.The bottom holding surface are equipped with hardened steel plates which ensure extra wear resistance.
