Handling Time: We take handling time of 3 Business Day from the date of receipt of the payment after receiving cleared payment.Shipping Services: The shipping company takes 7-10 business days to deliver the product at US.11-21 days for International Shipping apart of USA.

1) Can I have a sample order ?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
2) What about the lead time?
Sample needs 2-3 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 10000

3) Do you have any MOQ ?

4) How to proceed an order ?
1. Stock silver jewelry goods:
a. Send inquiry or email or TM message to us or call us directly.
b. Tell us which jewelry designs and their quantity you want, and other requirements if you have.
c. We offer quotation/PI to you, then you confirm it and pay it.
d. When we receive the payment, we will post the goods(2 days after receiving the payment).
e. If stock jewelry number is not enough for you, we will produce them for you renew, about 7-30 days, case by case. 2. Customized order:
a. Send inquiry or email or TM message to us or call us directly to tell us which designs you want and send us your sample pictures or post them to us.
b. After both of us confirm the sample, please pay the deposit, then we will make one or several samples for you to confirm (about 2-5 days, then post to you or send to you the pictures or video).
c. After you confirming them, we will begin to produce the whole order for you (about 7-30 days, case by case). After all be done, we will make pictures for you.
d. Before we shipping goods to you, please pay the balance.
e. After we get the logistics tracking number, we will send it to you, and track it till you receive the parcel.

5) What about the transportation and delivery date?
Normally we use shipment to transport the goods.It is about 25-40 days.It also depends on which country and port you are.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.

6) When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

7) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price /confirm/iation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
8) How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
9) How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
After you place a order,the production handling time is about 45-60 days. We need 15 days to prepare all the stuff then 30 days for manufacturing.
10) What about the transportation and delivery date?
